Not just any beef mince, this is steak mince. From the well marbled fore quarter and shoulder of the animal, our steak mince has just the right ratio of meat to fat. Use our mince for everything from bolognese to burgers to mince & tatties.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
