We've paired four of our favourite Scottish cheeses - a classic combo of cheddar, brie, blue and smoked - with a deep, spicy Côtes Du Rhône and a buttery white Burgundy. To compliment we've selected a variety of oatcakes and crispbread. Rounding it all off is a slab of Membrillo and our very own tart and tasty Balgove Chutney.
