Scallop Shell

The ‘Pecten Maximus’ or King Scallop is one of the most valuable shellfish species in Scotland. These bivalves are prized for their sweet, meaty adductor muscle and flavourful, vibrant orange roe. They are not only delicious but also have the most naturally handsome packaging! Our diver caught scallop shells come in a lovely range of colours from creamy white tints to reddish brown or even pink hues. Each one is uniquely beautiful and will add a little taste of the Scottish Seas to your home.
