Lorne Sausage

This fine breakfast sausage is handmade in the butchery using our own beef. A nice alternative to a traditional pork breakfast sausage, try our Lorne on a roll or as a side to your eggs. Fries up nicely and is a great way to start your day.

Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost in refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours until completely thawed. Prepare once defrosted.
